Property and Estate
I have been photographing real estate since 2007. In that time I have had the opportunity to photograph a wide range of homes and estates ranging from $800,00 to $35 million dollars.Some of those were in nature and involved multiple shoot days and in some cases only 90 minutes of shoot time.
My approach to photographing a property is to capture the “bigness”, style, and personal feeling while highlighting the details and the small details as well. For example, the detail on a handcrafted door, rail, or sinkMy photo delivery system depends on your deadline; therefore turn around times can be as little as 1 to 2 days for all photos. Photography Fees:
- Photography Consulting Fee (required)…………….. $60 per hour
Consultations are designed to allow me to preview the property, meeting with you to discuss shoot, dates, logistics, and access to the property.
- Day Rate (8 hour min)…………….. $175 per hour
Date Rates are designed for larger projects that require multiple days to shoot.
- 5 Image Shoot (fee only)…………….. $350
- 10 Image Shoot (fee only)…………….. $600
- 20 Image Shoot (fee only)…………….. $900
Image Fees:
- 5 Images…………….. $350
- 10 Images…………….. $700
- 20 Images…………….. $1400
Travel Fees:
- Cost +10% (if client books all travel arrangements the 10% fee is waved)
Image Licensing:
- 10% of the total cost of the project
Ariel Photos Fees:
- Helicopter Rentals start at $3000 per hour +10%
